Raul Zamora, Owner/Broker of Z1 Properties has called Davis home since 2006. He and his wife, Christie Zamora, own Creme de la Creme, a European gift and home accents store in Downtown Davis. He has many years of experience in client-driven, service-oriented industries and he is fully committed to his clients needs.

He first became licensed as a California Real Estate Agent in 2008 and obtained his Broker’s license in 2009. After several successful years as general manager for a local property management company he was encouraged by the positive feedback of his clients and tenants to open his own business and started Z1 Properties in October 2011. His experience includes residential and commercial property management.  In addition, he has the unique experience involved with international relocation and has successfully assisted clients from France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, and Germany.
