Statements and Rent Disbursements
Owner statements are issued monthly between the 15th and 19th.
Statements are delivered via email at the same time owner disbursements are processed.
Each statement includes a detailed, itemized accounting report separated by property, outlining:
Rental income received
Expenses incurred
Any management fees or additional charges
Net owner disbursement
If you have not received your statement by the 20th of the month, please contact our office and we will promptly resend it.
Owner disbursements are processed via direct deposit to the bank account on file.
1099 forms are issued annually by January 28th and mailed to the address on file, unless digital delivery has been requested.
If you notice any discrepancies on your statement or 1099, please contact our office immediately so we can review and correct the matter.

What happens if my mail or a package is delivered to the rental property?
If mail or a package is delivered to the rental property, please contact our office. We can coordinate with the tenant to retrieve it, have a staff member pick it up, and either hold it at our office for pickup or forward it to your current address.
What should I do if an important package was delivered to the property?
Please contact our office immediately so we can coordinate the most efficient and secure way to retrieve and deliver it to you.
Can I request changes to lease terms?
Yes. Please contact our office to discuss any requested changes. We are happy to work with you to adjust lease terms within reason and in compliance with local regulations.
How are lease renewals handled?
Prior to lease expiration, our staff will contact you to review the current rental rate, market conditions, and pricing recommendations. Once a rate is agreed upon, we handle all tenant communication and renewal documentation. A fully executed copy of the renewal agreement will be provided to you for your records.
What if I am considering selling my property? Can you assist with listing the property for sale?
If you are considering selling, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can properly coordinate communication with current tenants. In addition to property management services, we are also a licensed Real Estate brokerage. We would be happy to support you through the sales process and encourage you to consider Raul Zamora as your listing broker. What is the process if I want to move back into the property?
Please notify our office as soon as possible so we can coordinate proper notice requirements and communication with the current tenants in accordance with lease terms and local regulations.
